- Company valuation experience

Technology
- Strong Excel or Java skills
- Data science or AI/ML interest
- Software development experience
AI tools and modern workflows
- Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code, or similar AI tools
- Practical use of AI in development, analysis, research, or automation
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated work critically
- Curiosity to test and adopt new AI models and tools
Language
Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English is required for all roles.
