Background	Before founding Valuatum in 2000 Esa Mäkeläinen has worked in different sides of financial analysis and valuation: as consultant (EVA and value based management) in SMCF, Rettig/Marli and Kamensky Consulting, in credit risk analysis in Merita Bank and in equity analysis in Nordea Securities. Esa is currently also active as board member in several IT-companies.

Background	Joni Rannila started as a software engineer in Valuatum at 2007. Advancing from software engineer to senior software engineer and to project manager, he started as Chief Technical Officer of Valuatum at in 2010. Joni's versatile areas of expertise include for example agile software development methods, SaaS ecosystems, enterprise information systems, complex software architectures, JavaEE technology, databases, Web Services, Cloud computing and reliable server environments.

Background	Tuomas has been working for Valuatum since 2010. His previous work experience include various positions in different functions of financial management in Finnish and international companies. In addition to Tuomas’ responsibilities of Valuatum’s financial management, he is also leading the operational business team of Valuatum.
